Description
Whether you are coming for the first time or deepening the relaxation journey from the previous day join us for a nurturing and restorative workshop designed to help you relax, recharge, and gently align with the energies and warmth of late summer. Through a combination of relaxation techniques, sound healing, bodywork, breathwork, creativity, loving-kindness and gratitude practice we will explore ways to reconnect with ourselves and the shifting season.
This gentle day of self-care will also include creative relaxation methods (absolutely no skill required) to inspire openness and curiosity and simply noticing as we transition towards late summer.
