Description
Join us for a magical and relaxing day at Shambellie to celebrate Lughnasadh, the first of the three Harvest festivals in the Celtic and Pagan calendar. This festival is a time to give thanks for the gifts of the Earth, the fruits of labour, and creative expression. It’s also a time to honour community by coming together to share, reflect, and celebrate abundance.
Our Lughnasadh retreat offers a unique opportunity to connect with this seasonal energy through sound healing, guided relaxations, forest walks, therapeutic art activities and tea around the fire. Together, we’ll celebrate the Earth’s abundance through the harmony and soul of sound, natural arts and crafts, bread making, and intuitive painting to explore and express our personal harvest.
What to Expect:
- Interwoven sound healing /sound baths and guided relaxations
- Nature connection through forest walks and forest bathing
- Creative activities including natural arts and crafts, bread making, and intuitive painting
- Seasonal reflections on gratitude and abundance
- Tea and conversation around the fire
