Description

In this session we will look at how, developing a degree of Self-Kindness, can give us more depth of understanding of others; ‘just like me’.  To create an inner resilience, and to open our hearts to those who may be going through similar difficulties to ourselves.

We will look at how developing inner maturity and acceptance can lead to a compassionate heart.

The day will include further mindfulness practices of kindness, compassion and appreciation alongside sharing, discussion, writing and time outside in the grounds (weather permitting).  Participants will be encouraged to go at their own pace throughout all of the sessions.

There will be suggested practices to continue at home.
