Session 2 will cover further mindfulness practices to settle the busy mind and to discuss and explore Self-Kindness practices and how they can be helpful in order to welcome our ever-changing mental and emotional landscapes with a more gentle and open attitude. Participants will be encouraged to go at their own pace with any practices during the session.
The day will include mindfulness and kindness practices, sharing, discussion and gentle movement/walking in the grounds, and suggested practices to continue at home.
