Whether you are coming for the first time or deepening the relaxation journey from the previous day join us for a nurturing and restorative workshop designed to help you relax, recharge, and gently align with the energies and elements of midsummer. Through a combination of relaxation techniques, sound healing, creative activities, loving-kindness practice and celebration we will explore ways to reconnect with ourselves as the summer solstice meets us with its grace.
This gentle day of self-care will also include creative relaxation art methods (absolutely no skill required) to inspire openness, curiosity, playfulness and renewal as we transition into summer’s magic.

Who is it for?
This workshop is open to anyone seeking relaxation, self-care and a deeper connection with the natural rhythm of the seasons. No experience necessary. All sessions are inclusive and trauma informed.
