Celebrating Community through Photography – On Tour

The Photographers of Shambellie House are proud to see this exhibition, first showcased at Shambellie House in June 2024, start out on it’s tour of the region. Thanks to the Art in Healthcare Project and Outpost Arts this exhibition is now up at the end of the outpatient corridor DGRI.

A call out to photographers was publicised, asking for people to capture what community meant to them in a photograph and we were delighted with the response from both emerging and established photographers in the UK and Overseas. From all the entries, a panel of judges selected these wonderful images which were printed and exhibited to celebrate Community through Photography,

We are grateful to our partners across the region offering the opportunity to exhibit in other places over the coming months, allowing even more to people enjoy viewing the wide variety of work and showcasing what community means to different people. Thanks to Keith and Ian, two of our Photographers of Shambellie House for taking the time to hang this for the community at DGRI to enjoy.
