Description
CAKE, COFFEE AND CRAFTS AFTERNOON WITH “SPUN COTTON”
Date: Saturday 10th October 2026
Time: 2 – 4pm
Cost: £10 includes tea/coffee and cake
Celebrate the changing season with a cosy afternoon of creativity, conversation and delicious cake at Shambellie House. This month’s demonstration by Carol Moyes will introduce the charming traditional craft of spun cotton, as she shows how to create a delightful pumpkin and an adorable witch’s cat using this lightweight vintage craft material. Bring along your own craft project to work on or share with the group, enjoy coffee and cake, and spend time with fellow crafters in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is welcome.
Perhaps you would like to demonstrate something in the future and this opportunity is available. This is simply the first of monthly meetings on the second Friday of each month for crafters and those simply being in the company of crafters to get together and enjoy a Friday afternoon.
