This is an OPEN CALL Â to photographers to submit up to three images on the theme of ‘ discarded’.
We welcome work from both emerging and established photographers. You do not need to be a professional photographer to participate. Local, National and International photographers are welcome to enter work. Think about what discarded means to you in our ‘throw away’ society, or how lives, people and communities can be discarded…..
Give us your visual interpretation of what discarded means to you.
Photographers who are selected will have their work displayed in our galleries, with their work also appearing in an online gallery on our website.
Photographs for exhibition will be selected by a panel of judges who are members of the Photographers of Shambellie House. A financial prize will be awarded for the winning photograph as judged by the panel.

The exhibition will be launched with a private view and then open to the public at Shambellie House from the 6th – 23rd November from 10.00AM TO 4.00PM Thursday to Sunday, when our Artists and Makers Shop is open and refreshments are available.
